Some recent studies have suggested what Baby Boomers already know:  finding a job when you’re over the age of 50 can be a daunting task.  This is stressful for not only job candidates, but also the employers who are missing out on their skills!

I am trying to understand WHY finding a job when you’re over the age of 50 can be so challenging — and I need your help.
